Egypt is placed in Group A alongside the hosts Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Uruguay.

Egypt World Cup Fixtures
Egypt will play their first World Cup Fixture on the fifteenth of June against seemingly the hardest group in the gathering, Uruguay. On the nineteenth, they will play the hosts Russia, and will then complete their gathering stage against Saudi Arabia on the 25th.
